Sesame oil (Latin *Sesamum*) is a 100% natural vegetable oil extracted from sesame seeds.

Sesame oil is rich in fatty acids: arachidonic, linolenic, linoleic, hexadecene, oleic, palmitic, myristic, stearic, as well as Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. In addition to fatty acids, sesame oil contains vitamins: A, C, E, PP and vitamins of group B. This oil contains the entire complex of vitamins of group B, including even the rarest ones – B6 and B12.
