Return Policy

The buyer (user) has the right to return the goods by notifying the Seller in writing (e-mail info@groziui.lt or mail Bitininkų g. 4F-39, LT-08310 Vilnius) within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods or the Agreement on the Seller's days of services.

The Buyer, after receiving the Seller's confirmation of the cancellation of the Contract, must coordinate with the Seller the method, time and place of returning the goods no later than within 2 working days.

The buyer, who refuses the Agreement, fills out the request for the cancellation of the contract of sale of goods (services) and submits it to the Seller together with the VAT invoice and the returned goods.

The buyer (user) can exercise the above-mentioned right to terminate the Agreement for the purchase and sale of Goods only if the goods have not been used, damaged or their appearance has not changed (labels intact, protective films not torn off, etc.). The returned goods must be fully assembled, and the original packaging of the returned goods must be undamaged and clean. The requirements specified in this point do not apply (except for damage to the product) to the returned defective product.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept the Goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not comply with the above-mentioned procedure (requirements) for returning the Goods.

Upon receipt of a notice of termination of the Agreement by the terms set out in these Rules, the Seller collects the Goods from the Buyer within 14 days and returns to the Buyer (user) the money paid for them, and in the case of non-provided services, returns the money paid for services that have not been started.

Transport costs incurred by the Seller due to the refusal of the Contract (Goods) on the basis specified in point 42 are fully covered by the Buyer, except for the case when the Buyer, having refused the sales contract, returns the goods to the Seller himself, to the address specified by the Seller.

After more than 7 working days from the day of delivery of the goods, the return of the goods shall be subject to the regulations of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 2001. June 29 order "On the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items".

Upon receiving the Buyer's request for the return of defective goods, the Seller undertakes to accept the defective goods returned by the Buyer and, in the absence of the Buyer's objection, to replace them with similar goods of suitable quality at his own expense. In the event that the Seller does not have similar goods, the money paid for the Goods is returned to the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
